amenities and services we good. the conduct of the staff towards the guests was polite and nice. I would recommend this place if you want to stay and explore around kolad.

Very unsafe, dirty rooms, rude owner, rooms were smelling, bedsheets were not changed, photos were different

Basic amenities like water bottles, hand wash & soap in bathroom, towels are missing. Conditions of the ground floor rooms are not good.

The place could be good for very short term stay

Staff was supporting and their nature was polite.

This is a new hotel, barely 2 to 3 months old, everything was good, it is a small hotel with tow floor. It was value for money, the owner was very helpful. The washroom was neat and clean, the room was also clean with a comfortable bed. The location is on the Kolad highway.
