Dear mr khedkar, i hope this message finds you well. I am writing with a heavy heart to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel from 15th to 17th september 2024. I had anticipated a pleasant and restful stay, but sadly, my experience fell short of what i had hoped for, leaving me quite disappointed. I’ve always believed that the quality of service is what makes a stay memorable, but unfortunately, i found the service lacking in warmth and attentiveness. I have shared the details with you through email. I share this not out of frustration, but out of sadness, as i truly wanted to enjoy my stay. I’ve heard such good things about radha cottage, which makes the disappointment even harder. I am hopeful that these issues can be addressed, as i believe your hotel has so much potential to offer guests a wonderful experience.
