Poor Stay
Things need improvement- 1) Parking space is very small and dirty, path to reach parking was also dirty. 2) Room door was broken, needs replacement. 3) No hot water in shower even after paying. 4) Room lighting needs improvement, some of them were not working. 5) Room carpet was dirty. 6) Terrace area needs maintenance and regular cleaning. 7) Room condition was different from as shown in the booking sites. Good Part- 1) Hotel has its own temple where you can sit and enjoy the aarti. 2) Hotel is at walking distance to temple. 3) Food was good. 4) Staff behavior was good. Overall- You can find good hotels than this in this price range. I don’t have the idea of food in other hotels, but this hotel has good food.

Its an average hotel to stay, not the premium one which they claim
We booked this hotel with very high hopes but the scenario was different. The bedsheets were not cleaned and there were too much stains and smell in the sheets. Staff was not ready to provide us drinking water more than two bottles per day, which was very surprising. They didn’t even cooperate for the refund for our one day visit as we checked out a day before.

Simply Amazing - Luxurious Stay
We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are newly renovated and super clean, everything felt fresh and comfortable. The bathroom was also newly done and really well-designed, with modern fittings and all the amenities you’d need. It made the whole experience feel more premium. The location is great too, and a big shoutout to the staff who helped guide us to the hotel during heavy rain. Really appreciated that extra support. The staff were polite and welcoming throughout our stay. The highlight for us was the food especially the North Indian dishes were absolutely delicious. On our anniversary, the chef even went out of his way to make us something special, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really made our day memorable. Overall, great service, tasty food, and a warm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!!

nice stay but hey charged 1000 for VIP Darshan but there is real charge 500 each for khatu da we were 2 we have paid 2000 for VIP Darshan at Khatu shyam Mandir that was to much😔

Poor maintenance
Maintenance was very poor. This is the third and last time i am visiting this property. The chair at the reception itself is fully torn out and the doors are managed by cello tape. The wallpapers on the walls and paints has come out. I could not understand why is this hotel charging rates of a 4/5 star property. Moreover, food quality has degraded. The rajasthani cusinine where food is served on floor sitting on a mat (cushions), it seems cushions have been cleaned 2-3 years back.

We regularly conduct preventive maintenance and ensure that property is clean and hygienic. Fantastic Stay - Highly recommended
I had a wonderful experience at Radhey Ki Haveli. We had come for my 6 month old son’s jharula and darshan. The newly renovated rooms are absolutely fantastic. This is my 4th stay here and I just love it. Their hospitality, infrastructure and especially the new rooms are far far better than any hotel in khatu or salasar. They took special care of us - provided milk and even reserved a table for us and provided a high chair for my baby. As always the food was amazing and the restaurant is so well maintained even after so many years. Their mandir is always so peaceful and people are just so warm and polite. People who truly appreciate such kind of hotels should book it without any thoughts, you will get value for your money. Thankyou to team once again, I will be back soon! Jai Shree Shyam!!

Not a Happy Stay
We had a family stay at the hotel. The location of the hotel is good it's near the temple. Room: The room needs proper maintenance. the switch boards are torn off. Washroom: The water from the hot water tap comes in drops...when complaining they say they are arranging from the nearby rooms. Pricing: The price of the hotel for a Night stay is not competitive....one can consider other options at this price point.

Poor Stay
The washroom wasn’t good. It was dirty and the seat of littering was completely broken. Also, there was smell I’m the bedroom.

Stay was overall Okay. They need to improve their housekeeping and maintenance. Some Ac's are not working properly. And water pressure is very slow in shower areand shower holes also stucked.

Food was average: limited options in breakfast… stay was good in presidential suite but the service was a little slow. However wifi connection required multiple logins which was a pain, other than that everything was good staff was humble and good
