Room was ok, clean, tv/cable was working, electric kettle had to be replaced. Bed was comfortable however bedsheets could be nicer. Biggest concern was bathroom, it had a smell which didn’t go away after cleaning and was biggest negative. Water was clogged in shower. Restaurant was decent. Service and staff was good too.

I wanted to bring to your attention a few issues regarding our stay: 1. Breakfast quality could be improved, and the buffet option is not available. 2. Bedding, including bed sheets, pillow covers, and blanket covers, appears dirty. 3. The AC is not functioning properly. Thank you.

Not good hospitality

Room was ok.but service was very poor provide asked thing after three four call and sometime did’t reply properly. Even not interested in booking.

never book your room with food, and staff behavior is rude with poor customer experience. I felt bad experience after booking 😕

Room was very bad, not cleaned lots of dust on the table around the corner, moisture smell in the room, fan fixed speed cannot adjust, no towel, had to ask for it. Laundry just put outside in the gallery all day. Very bad experience cannot stay again and not even prefer to someone stay there. I booked lunch/dinner in the package, they offered me to have veg plate (veg thali) only with their choice of food, what does that mean, i am ok with the veg food but i need to have my choice what to eat. Food quality is ok kind off not so good. Overall appearance of the hotel not good.

Booked room through make my trip. Excellent food, cooperative staff, clean and spacious room. Room service is excellent.

Not a good place to stay. Far from city. Transportation issues. Pathetic rooms & services. Not worth.

Stay was comfortable. Location of property is close to railway station and market place. It suits my requirements as a traveller.

Lights back up not properly ac is not auto after light come

When the power is cut and generator is on and vice versa, every-time you have to turn on ac manually. There are numerous powercut during day and night which is painful to get up and switch on ac manually.

Hotel is clean. Staff are nice and polite. Good food. Stay was nice
