Pros:
The location is great, and the staff does try to make you feel welcome. The room was clean, which, honestly, should be the bare minimum.
Cons:
Now for the part that makes you wonder if this is really the same hotel chain you expected. No tissue boxes in the room just the bathroom ones, so get ready to shuffle back and forth if you need one. The flush had a lovely little leak that became our constant background music. We asked for a fix, got a temporary patch-up, and surprise—it started leaking again.
For a room meant for two people, they thoughtfully provided toiletries for one. Maybe they assumed we’d share everything, including the shampoo. Oh, and don't bother asking for basic medical help a simple band-aid isn’t part of their “amenities.”
And the food? Let's just say for a hotel under such a well-known name, the taste was shockingly average. You’d expect better, but then again, that seems to be the theme here.
