Average Stay
The Room no 4018 ( Stay between Oct 20th 2025 to Oct 23rd 2025- 3 nights) had some issues such as : The washroom door was broken which was repaired partially however, was very difficult to operate as it was too stiff. The bathroom glass door insulation had a gap due to which there was water leakage after the usage. The Sensor controlled dustbin was not working and had to be manually lifted. The lowest table where the phone was kept besides the bed was broken. The food was very good. Apart from these issues our stay was pleasant. However the room needs to be cross checked by maintenance at regular intervals.

Excellent Stay
The location of property is very well located near the serene ulsoor lake ,away from the hustle and bustle ...Near to MG road and brigade road. The check in was a very smooth process. The behavior of the staff manning the front desk was exemplary. Every single staff was to help u in every possible way. The rooms were excellent, well maintained and clean. Specially the food was great. Kudos to the chef's there. We had a wonderful stay. The staff made our holiday very special .

best value for money
Stay experience was great . The rooms were clean and spacious in the given price range . Staff were very supportive especially the restaurant staff . Complimentary fruits and cookies were very sweet gestures from the hotel staff.

There was issue with Air conditioner systems and support service came to repair at 11:30 I did not accept, There was upgrade to junior suit appreciated but again The showers are not properly working Cleaning team made up the room at 5:30 evening inspite of repeat reminders It’s was very bad experience overall

Noteworthy aspects of this hotel include its prime location, cleanliness, and a diverse array of food options, which were quite challenging to obtain during my previous visits. Your team of professionals has been exemplary, displaying both extensive knowledge and a welcoming demeanor, beginning with the reception staff. Mr. Shuvam and Ms. Priya were particularly attentive to our requirements; however, I must acknowledge the commendable efforts of other team members as well.

Radisson's reputation took a hit her
Pros: The location is great, and the staff does try to make you feel welcome. The room was clean, which, honestly, should be the bare minimum. Cons: Now for the part that makes you wonder if this is really the same hotel chain you expected. No tissue boxes in the room just the bathroom ones, so get ready to shuffle back and forth if you need one. The flush had a lovely little leak that became our constant background music. We asked for a fix, got a temporary patch-up, and surprise—it started leaking again. For a room meant for two people, they thoughtfully provided toiletries for one. Maybe they assumed we’d share everything, including the shampoo. Oh, and don't bother asking for basic medical help a simple band-aid isn’t part of their “amenities.” And the food? Let's just say for a hotel under such a well-known name, the taste was shockingly average. You’d expect better, but then again, that seems to be the theme here.
