I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent experience. Unfortunately, most of the food items we received last night. Since we were hungry, we tried eating a little, but soon realized the quality was not good. We were also quite tired and did not have the energy to discuss the matter further at that time.
We informed the manager, who kindly asked us to wait for fresh food. However, as we wanted to rest, we couldn’t wait and ended up leaving more than half of the food untouched. My wife, for example, left nearly 70% of her meal. Despite this, we were billed in full. When I mentioned this during billing, the staff checked with the manager, but the bill was not adjusted.
In addition, while the room itself is spacious and comfortable, it was unfortunately dusty and did not appear to be cleaned properly.
We sincerely hope you take this feedback constructively, as we truly appreciate your hospitality and would love to see improvements in both food quality and room maintenance.
