    I recently stayed at Radisson Hotel and overall, my experience was pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, but what stood out most was the food. The breakfast spread was good, with a decent variety and fresh options. Some dishes were really well prepared, especially the vegetarian choices. The restaurant had a nice ambience, and the service staff were attentive most of the time. However,the choice of drinks and juices was somewhat limited.Overall, I would say the hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for comfort with reliable food. With a little more consistency in preparation and quicker service, it could easily be an excellent experience.

    Had an awesome stay at Radisson, Rudrapur. Located on the main road, the hotel has Rudrapur's largest mall besides it. The rooms were huge and clean, food was great and had lot of variety. Staff was very polite and professional I had an excellent experience during my stay. The property was well-maintained, the location was convenient, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff was courteous, and the food was delicious. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

    5. “Negligent, Unsafe & Disrespectful – Worst Radisson Experience Ever”

    I had one of the most disturbing experiences at Radisson Blu Rudrapur. I was served a dessert with a sharp, glass-like object inside—yes, GLASS in a dessert, which landed straight in my mouth. This wasn’t just unacceptable, it was a serious health hazard. What’s worse? I immediately raised this to the hotel staff, expecting a sincere apology or at least concern. But there was no apology, no ownership, no urgency. I followed up by writing an email to the DGM—not even an acknowledgment till date. This level of negligence and arrogance is shocking, especially from a brand that claims to be premium. Clearly, guest safety means nothing, and complaints are simply ignored. Extremely disappointed. Would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this property with your stay—or your health.

    Piece of glass! Learn Complaint handling from this hote

    We stayed at the hotel from 10th to 12th July, and it was a terrible experience. while having the buffet on 10th evening one of my colleagues found a sharp pc of glass in one of the deserts, and after we complained, we got a very unapologetic apology from the manager. We would have left it there, however to our surprise when we were signing the bill, we saw that our colleague who had found the pc of glass was charged fully for the buffet. Guys, let me make something clear, it was a business trip taken care by our company, we were not looking for freebies, we were looking for someone serious enough to apologise and investigate this mishap, as just imagine if he has swallowed this pc what were to happen. We even asked to see Ashutosh panday ,the GM, but probably he did not have the courage to meet us. Highly disappointed by the experience of your staff in managing this guest complaint, god knows the kind of hygiene being followed in the back house. Shame on you guys!!

    Terrible Stay

    i had booked 4 double bed rooms but we got twin beds after that they said property is fully sold out so we cannot change the rooms also the room dining service is very terrible. The TV was not working in 1 of the rooms. Staff didn't even listen to us 5 Star wali koi baat hi nahi thi 3 star property is much better than this so called 5 star hotel.

    There was delay in food deliveries at Rudrapur Radisson. Staff was not decent. Even I am not sure but they have cameras fitted in the room. I heard noise from near by rooms as someone was discussing about my wife when she was changing clothes. This is horrible experience for me.
