Review Of Radisson Blu Kochi

The Layout and Landscape of Property is excellent one. The Services at the U level at Breakfast and quality of food was excellent. The Quality of Services and Politeness of staff (Rozy Madam) was appreciable.

The front desk staff particularly Rose was very efficient n professional. Even Adwait was good to us n the floor help person.

Very poor service. The room was small for the price and had no basic amenities. The tissue box was empty, the handwash, bodywash and conditioner bottles were empty too. Pathetic condition.

Fine in general. However had difficulty in getting the temperature inside the room from 22 degree centigrade to 24 degree centigrade I wanted to. The technician was not proficient to to help me properly in this regard.

Stay was good, location is convenient. Food is ok. Room size is decent

Thou the cleanliness and staff were nice, I felt the Breakfast buffet was not great and were not Hot.

Excellent stay and the location is at the center of the city. Very delicious breakfast and Dinner was also very much excellent Luxurious room backed with comfortable stay. Hygenic pool and excellent breakfast.. Will again wish to visit and stay in this hotel.. Thank you

It was.good, but last time food was better Other wise stay was comfortable. I will suggest more informations to be shared with customers on Bar and other restaurants at the hotel

The property seems very old and not to the standard of radison blue compared to my other stays in different cities. The property had a heritage look inside the rooms but compromised on the overall brand status.

Beautiful room, however, the hotel was not maintained, food was substandard at best and the staff was not too good. Lobby area unimpressive, windows etc in room were dirty

The stay was very comfortable. we were upgraded to Suite. It was a great stay. Ms Rose at the reception desk was very helpful and courteous. Thank you.

The property food very tasty but its very expensive.location of the property is not a tourist attraction.its located in the city and i was searching for a couple stay you guys made me sad for this location

I had a comfortable stay. Room was not great compared to the other Radisson Blu hotels I have been to. Food was good as well.

Stay was good but food should have been much better than what was presented. Reception and hospitality was good

The room was really good—spacious and elegant. The breakfast menu offered a wide range of choices and was scrumptious. The only concern I faced was a leakage from the AC condensation in the room, but it was promptly addressed.
