We had a good experience.. staff personnel were very helpful and food was good too.. Room was clean and spacious

The reception team needs training on how to be pleasant. I felt sadness as they were anxious and not smiling. The housekeeping department needs basic hygiene training. The bed sheets weren’t changed for 5 nights, broken Dustbin and no hair conditioner filling post 2-3 calls.

Worst service ,I waited for checking in 1 hour and was calling to their land line as i don’t have any option ,finally after check in it took 1 hour to bring my luggage 1suitcase and small ban ,I requested the 3 time over phone and informed them I have to take medicines ,slowly it came aftef56 min ,there is not proper House keeping I called for bath towel 4 times ( 2 times to House keeping and 2 times to reception )Total experience is worst from a group like raddison

Staff & Service is Friendliness, efficient, and helpfulness. Rooms are Cleanliness, comfort, size, and amenities. Food & Dining are of Quality and variety of food, as well as restaurant service. The overall experience was worth the price.

Rooms was Spacious, well cleaned we stayed for a night, food was tasty but one issue was staff was not friendly or courteous, a bit cold

Check in took nearly 20mins though I wasn’t complaining as I was upgraded to the suite. However I found the room service to be less prompt - had to call multiple times to get them to clean the washroom. The TV was a little complicated manoeuvre. The dinner was excellent. Even my kid enjoyed . The breakfast was however average .

At the time of checkin I was forced to pay for room upgrade as the room I booked was not ready. I had to call 2-3 times for anything I needed. The property is very outdated. Rooms are spacious but least maintained. Bathroom fixtures were like ages old. We had to visit to Shree Mallikarjuna Jyotirling in Srisailam next day and had to depart from hotel at 4:00 AM in the morning. When we used the shower area the whole bathroom got flooded. We had to pass through that dirty water on the floor after shower and we couldn’t even use the toilet area. We felt very bad because we felt as dirty as hell after coming out of shower area. I explained the manager everything and told him that we won’t be staying anymore in this hotel so please cancel my booking and refund. The MMT team had a word with hotel with the situation and asked for refund but the hotel was rigid not to make refund. We came back very exhausted by 10:00 PM and not in condition to change the hotel and anyhow managed to stay that night. When we were about to checkout the senior hotel Manager approached me and felt very sorry for whatever happened. He requested not to checkout and offered the suite for last night without any charge. They somehow tried to convince me by not charging for room upgrade but all in vein. What was done was done. Nothing could compensate for what we had to go through. At last the hotel refused to refund for the last night we didn’t stay. The MMT team was very prompt and cooperative in this issue. They tried there level best to get the refund from hotel but couldn’t succeed. Guys please go through the detailed review of any property before booking. As a Radisson member I was not expecting this type of approach from the property. Would think 1000 times before booking any Radisson group of hotels. Thank you very much team Radisson Blu, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad for what you have done with me.

It was pleasant and staffs were so polite and warm. Really had good breakfast and stay. Room was spacious and the pool clean. Enjoyed our steam and sauna session too

This is the second time Iam facing extra charges of Rs 3500 for non availability of Smoking room even after informing the said authority prior..

The Hotel is located in a very calm location and the hospital is very good. Rooms are very spacious and is very comfortable.

The food was pretty good, the rooms were comfortable and spacious, location wise the property is away from the city's hustle bustle yet closely accessible to key places of interest in the city.

Radission Hotel was good, Staffs are very cooperative, Ambience of hotel was very good, Food was also very nice

Room AC not functional , room was changed post multiple calls and almost an hour , rest not able to do and miss due this hicup
