Went with my family on the occasion of Marriage. Our stay was very enjoyable and fantastic. The staff of the hotel was very cooperative. Breakfast also has a variety. I always suggest staying.

Travelled with family, stayed for 2 days. Stay was very comfortable, everything was perfect, to highlight: 1) check in process was very smooth even reached late night. 2) rooms were very comfortable with enough space 3) breakfast options and taste was also very good. In all it was really good. I could not find any negative point. Staff was also very helpful even during peak breakfast time.

We asked to make a wake up call at 4.30. They confirmed twice but no wake-up call .morning we are hurry to catch our flight but none was available in reception so we handover the key card to security and left . Till now we haven’t received any message or call from the hotel for regretting the inconvenience caused

room was without natural light. very small room . staff was not cordial . jet at washroom should be and is always on right hand side , here it was in left hand side . very inconvenient. food was good .

V Bad experience. Room was v unhygienic. TV was hanging from the Wall losely, Could have fallen down anytime. They closed the swimming pool and said it's emergency maintenance. the receptionist was v rude. the behaviour of Mr. Sandeep Rathi was v v unprofessional & rough. He doesn't know how to speak to the guest. Breakfast always pathetic & unhygienic.

The property’s location is good. The breakfast is fine but can have a better spread. The stewards need to be more sensitive on their services and fast. The pool is on the 6th floor, is good but has too much sound of either the filter plant or the generator. These basic things, if fixed, can make Radisson located at this particular location a sought after property for travellers compared to its other locations. Otherwise, a good stay

DO NOT BOOK - pathetic hotel and staff

Worst staff who will shout on you - Staff name at reception is absolutely useless - Himanshu, Sakshi and Raman. The manager Kanwar is of no use. He will not help you in any matter. Our car was damaged by Hotel staff and we were not infomed. 2/3 days went and we had to call the police. GM - Bhupendra is never available. They will not provide the service even on Bfast.

Stayed for one night - food is good. Room and facility was clean although a bit small but well managed. Next to hotel is a grocery store to cater to all your needs and some snack shops etc.
