We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Candolim! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety and fresh options every day. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade, which made our experience even more special. The staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend m for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days. The location is convenient and close to some good restaurants, shops n beaches. The room was clean but felt a bit small and dated. The staff were polite, though not very proactive in assisting with requests. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the taste was just okay. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay—nothing exceptional, but good enough for a short trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson North Goa. Each member of the staff was very hospitable which made our ladies trip most comfortable. Food was also awesome. Overall ambiance and upkeep of the property provided very positive vibes and a safe stay. Also they provided us with upgrade for our comfortable stay as we were 3 ladies. Also as we had morning flight. They packed our breakfast as we had to leave early before breakfast timings, nice gesture. Would highly recommend this hotel for stays.

Room service has to improvise, it’s truly lacking good service and communication is a huge problem for them, i had so many glitches with them from the first day of my check-in, whatever o said was not delivered and if delivered then without cutlery and not at all in time, Aa front office commuted 15% discount on food but it was not give to me on my bills and surprisingly when u asked server said u go and check with front office yourself as we are not given any detail about it.. food was good, front office team is good but room service was pathetic!!

My stay at this property was quite disappointing. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and the water was always cold – even after complaining, nothing really improved. The floor tiles were sandy/dirty, and overall cleanliness was not maintained well. The customer service was very poor; every time we asked for something, the staff seemed rude and unhelpful, which made the experience unpleasant. The food also did not match the price they are charging – it could definitely be much better. When customer service is bad, it ruins the entire stay, and unfortunately, that was the case here. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay and I will not be choosing this property again.

The wardrobe door fell off . It was so scary cause the door was around 7 foot by 5 foot . Also the bathroom drawer came out . It was a very scary stay . And also they did not solve this issue . I could have been injured on my head , could have gotten serious damage on my foot . They did not even bother to ask me to take another room . So unprofessional. It actually ruined my birthday . Need full refund for this booking

We stayed at Radisson Candolim Goa for 3 nights for our family vacation. Great service and hospitality as always! The rooms and the property was spotless, the service warm and attentive. Would like to especially thank Priyanka, Karan and Vinay for their attentiveness and service with a smile! Thank you so much and we will be back!

Hotel rooms are Ohkay , obviously over priced. The worse part is the taxi mafia these guys are running. They will not even help with your luggage if you do not book taxi with their goons. They will charge you double amount even triple and their guard calls the taxi mafia immediately once you leave the hotel .

Radisson experience this time wasn’t really as I expected. It’s been really my preferred brand to stay because of hospitality and food but not in this case. Breakfast was below average, spread was good but the dining area was too cramped. Food wasn’t as good as I have experienced in other properties. Room Service on 2-3 occasions took too long to give basic things like ice box that too 11 pm in the night (wait time was over 40 mins) I was staying in a room with my wife and 2 kids (6 years each), despite of asking room service to ensure you keep 4 bath towels, they never got more than 2. One of the days staff said we have replaced and kept only 2 towels because we can’t find other 2 towels that we gave you, so till you return those we can’t give fresh ones. She also claimed that we took towels out and their security reported that there are towels in my rented car. I travel a lot during to work as well as leisure but such accusations on guests without evidence was a first in all the years. I invited her to my room, showed her that her staff missed the towels kept in cupboard and said I am not “towel chor madam” and have no interest in taking towels home which have been used by people across the globe. Further I needed extension of room (and asked on paid basis) since my flight was late evening, thankfully Shubham came to my rescue, because i did initially struggle with the staff at reception which not willing to accept anything less than 7K ( full room night) for a few extra hrs. I never asked for free since I needed it till 7-8 pm and only expected a half day charge. All in all some of the staff redefined word and experience we had - PATHETIC

Very relaxing and comfortable stay. This is our 4th stay in this property. Swimming pool at center of property is attraction. Food variety and quality is very good.
