From the moment I arrived, the courteous and attentive staff made me feel welcome and well taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the absolutely amazing breakfast — a wide selection of fresh, delicious options that were a perfect way to start the day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape, adding to the peaceful and luxurious ambiance of the resort. The entire property is immaculately maintained, reflecting a high level of care and professionalism. What truly touched me, however, was the resort’s compassion during the recent tough situation in Kashmir. They went above and beyond by offering free breakfast to all guests, a kind and thoughtful gesture that showed their genuine concern for their visitors' comfort and wellbeing. familyPro: the open area & garden sit out is beautiful. They do bonfire & played t20 wc final on projector in the open area. Cons: rooms were poorly cleaned with very dirty corners. There were pests ( spider & cockroach) in the room. Food experience was also poor. After 1st day complaint they did improve themselves. Staff didn’t know how to pack the food decently & hygienically. Overall it is not a 5 star & doesn’t deserve the premium they are charging.

familyLocation was amazing! this is just a few minutes away from lidder river so you can enjoy both snow-capped mountain views and green river landscape too. Food was good, service was good too. Breakfast options can be better. They’ve stopped access to golf course so that was a disappointment.
