    Avoid at all costs : Worst Hotel Experience Ever Raddison Jazz in Shimla is a complete as a hotel. Overpriced rooms with absolutely zero hospitality – the staff are indifferent and careless. Basic facilities like AC and water heaters don’t work well, they offer service to the mall and back but when asked for it they tell you to reach the spot but than neither show up and nor pick your calls. More over on my second night here they parked 2 cars in front of my car and when i asked them to move the cars as i have to go buy some medicines it was 8:30 and the shops close around 9. they refused to do so saying that the driver has gone to pickup a staff member . I had to again walk for 1 km to get my meds. They have a very average breakfast spread with over salt and no taste. Hotel is a 3 star as a 5 star ..

    Terrible Stay

    I had a terrible experience at Hotel Radisson Jass. Right from the start, the staff at the reception was surprisingly rude and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable—especially at this price point where you expect a certain level of professionalism and hospitality. To make matters worse, the room was just average with nothing exceptional, and there was no provision for smoking either. Due to the poor behavior and lack of basic support, I decided to leave the hotel immediately without staying the night. Despite this, the hotel staff refused to cooperate or issue any refund. I ended up booking another hotel on my own. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience overall. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting decent service and value for money.

    We had visited the property back in 2018 and honestly loved every bit of our stay. This time, however seems management is different and so was our experience. The room we were given at first was not tidy but then on complaint were shifted to junior suite because we had booked deluxe category. Food quality has dipped. The staff however is quite nice - Dikshita and Aman were helpful.

    I deeply regret booking my stay at this hotel. It’s located in a remote interior area, making access difficult. The rooms were confusing to navigate and raised safety concerns. The food was terrible and extremely overpriced. There was no proper service, and the staff clearly lacked training or a customer-first attitude. Our original booking was for three nights, but we were so dissatisfied that we checked out a day early after just two nights. Overall, a very disappointing experience—definitely not worth the time or money. I do not recommend this hotel.

    Unsafe and Unprofessional Stay

    We were 5 girls who booked 2 rooms here. In the evening, the neighboring room had extremely loud guests (including some foreigners). Despite complaining again and again, the reception falsely claimed the room was unoccupied and there might be staff in the room. Later at night, one intoxicated guest from the neighbouring room started banging on our door and shouting. We were terrified and had to call security as he might have had weapons. The man started returning to his room on seeing the security guard. was shifted somewhere else late at night. Shockingly, the next morning the manager instead of apologizing, accused us of causing trouble to that guest and refused to show footage or refunding the amount for stay. We were not able to sleep whole night. This was the worst hotel experience ever — no safety, no professionalism. Not recommended, especially for women travelers.

I personally met with you on the night of the incident to address the matter and immediately arranged for a security guard to be stationed on your floor to ensure your safety and comfort. Earlier that evening, our team had offered you a room change, which was declined at the time. Following the situation, I also spoke with the guest from the neighboring room—a senior citizen—who explained that he had knocked on your door at approximately 23:10 hours to request a reduction in volume from your room, as he was unable to sleep. Nonetheless, considering the circumstances, we relocated him to another room later that night to prevent further disturbance. We thoroughly reviewed the CCTV footage and found no evidence of any physical threat or aggressive behavior. As a gesture of goodwill and to acknowledge the disruption, we waived the additional charge for a third person staying in your room. Our team made every effort to manage the situation promptly and professionally. We take guest safety and satisfaction very seriously .

    property is not worth as amount i have paid.all the time they were asking for extra charges,,initially they told my wife for the jumba class and then told they are chargeable when nobody joins them then they said it is free,, i had a free upgrade as per booking but when i reached they asked for extra charges for upgradation.. so i suggest dpnt go for this property,, after checkout they were not ready to provide me the shuttle service for mall road,,except breakfst everything is pathetic,, there attitude n everything.

    The property comes with an amazing view of the hills, the rooms are big and the common area is beautifully designed but what stood out for us was the hospitality. The staff here is very courteous and helpful. The shuttle service they provide aided our commute very much. Highly recommend this property

    It was not a great experience! staff were excellent but limited menu selections at the restaurant. Room amenities are fine but not functioning properly. Room heat cannot be controlled adequately. Hot and cold water mixing in the shower is horrible. Almost got burnt! don't believe we will stay at this property again.
