The view from rooms was really great but the main highlight of this hotel was hospitality of the staff. Overall the stay was wonderful and would love to stay more.

Their rooms are very spacious. Staff is very polite and helpful. The location is amazing, very close to the mall road. Hospitality and services are very nice. They gave us Complimentary fruits and the room service was availt24x7.

Astounding views, great location and-delicious food

Beautiful property right in the midst of shimla just 500 mtrs away from the mall road and the ridge. Top notch service and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The best part are the exceptional views of the valley from the panaromic windows of the room where you can catch the beautiful views of the setting sun.

From the moment i stepped into the hotel, my stay was remarkable. The staff was caring, attentive, and helpful with everything from helping me with the bags to fulfilling minor requirements (hair dryer, extra towels, transport to the tunnel, etc) if i come back to shimla, i'd definitely consider staying here again.

Location is good. They also provide shuttle service to the nearest point for mall road. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Their housekeeping staff is also very nice. Food was also good. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Convenient check in -out facility, warm & hospitable staff, what more can you ask for. Chef joginder & monica at the valley vue cafe, are just superb. The hotel provides complimentary shuttle facility to auckland tunnel, the pathway to mall raod and pick you soon after once you are done visiting. I will definitely recommend the property

Good staff, good service, clean room, i think i will visit again and stay un the same hotel. Also if you visit mall road you should go towards the municipal town house place that has a good eating joints particularly wake and bake cafe and eat apple cinnamon waffle
