We had been eagerly looking forward to our Goa trip, planned more than three months in advance, and chose Radisson Resort Goa Baga because of the reputation and trust associated with the Radisson brand. Unfortunately, our experience at the property was far below expectations.
On the day of arrival, despite clearly mentioning the requirement for an early check-in at the time of booking, we were handed the room keys only by 3:00 PM. To add to the disappointment, the rooms were not properly cleaned—the bathrooms were unhygienic, and basic amenities such as towels and a hairdryer were missing.
The service throughout our stay was extremely slow, and the overall condition of the hotel building itself did not reflect the standards we associate with Radisson properties.
This was, unfortunately, one of our worst hotel experiences. Choosing this property turned out to be a regrettable decision, as the quality and service did not justify the Radisson name.
We hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure better hospitality standards for future guests.
