I had one of the worst experiences during my stay at Radisson. Despite confirming early check-in both over email and at the reception, our check-in was delayed, wasting precious time that we could have planned differently.
I had also requested a small birthday cake for my wife’s birthday, which was again confirmed twice, but never provided. This was extremely disappointing and ruined a special moment.
The scooty provided for local sightseeing was overpriced compared to nearby rentals and was in poor condition, clearly not worth the cost.
The bathroom drain system was not working properly. Even after complaining, no one came to fix it for over an hour. The staff just kept saying “yes” to everything but failed to actually deliver on any promises.
Breakfast was another letdown – with very limited variety and below-average taste, definitely not what one would expect from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. Extremely poor service, lack of accountability, and unfulfilled commitments. I would not recommend staying here.
