The hotel’s location and rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is polite as well. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service quality. Despite calling several times, neither the water bottle was delivered to the room on time nor the tea. Such delays in basic services spoil the guest experience. If the hotel management improves this aspect, it can become an even better place to stay.
