I recently booked a stay at Rahmat Residency, expecting a comfortable experience. However, my stay was extremely disappointing due to the following reasons:
1. Terrible Room Conditions – The room was in extremely poor condition, far below the expected standards.
2. Mosquito Infestation – The room was full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to rest properly.
This stay was completely unsatisfactory and did not meet the basic hygiene and comfort standards that a guest should expect. I request to take serious action against Rahmat Residency to prevent other customers from facing a similar experience. Additionally, I seek a refund or suitable compensation for this unpleasant stay.
Please look into this matter at the earliest and revert with a resolution.
