Review Of Rahamath Residency

Once upon a time, this property may had been a nice one. Now there is no enough staff We had to ask for water bottles, or soap or even bath towels. There was nobody to carry our luggage from ground floor.

it is situated in so remote area I couldn't even locate the building for hours, once I was able to locate the place the approach road was horrible and almost mon existent and filled with stray dogs, sad make my trip entertains such locatuons

facilities and hospitality were excellent. price was reasonable. parking was available

Location was easily accessible . Room was clean and neat........ renovation is going on. Very close by to bus stop

The Rooms are not properly finished it doesn’t look like a star property No proper board find tge room Washroom doors are not proper

I recently booked a stay at Rahmat Residency, expecting a comfortable experience. However, my stay was extremely disappointing due to the following reasons: 1. Terrible Room Conditions – The room was in extremely poor condition, far below the expected standards. 2. Mosquito Infestation – The room was full of mosquitoes, making it impossible to rest properly. This stay was completely unsatisfactory and did not meet the basic hygiene and comfort standards that a guest should expect. I request to take serious action against Rahmat Residency to prevent other customers from facing a similar experience. Additionally, I seek a refund or suitable compensation for this unpleasant stay. Please look into this matter at the earliest and revert with a resolution.

My checkin time was 12 pm and i was not allowed to checkin till now(3. 45 p. M.

It was an awesome stay and staffs were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Only thing was there was some renovation work going on in the ground which was noisy and disturbing other than that it was good and safe to stay with family.

Excellent stay and very easy access to other places. If restaurant available means, it will be good.

Its good for stay, city center. Near to local bus stand and chengalpattu junction railway station. They provide all amenities.

Ac not working. We book this hotel only because our office is near it.

We have book 5 rooms, very nice stay service is good, room space and open space is a standard maintain, cleaning also good, ac, hot water every thing is comfortable only for restaurant problem

Money minded but no proper customer service. No daily cleaning and front office executive was very rude

Stayed there for one night. It is way too quiet and the doors do not have handles, just the key. You can find people having drinks in their rooms and personally don’t think it’s good to be there with your family.

The room is well cleaned and the service is very good 👍🏻. We had a nice stay at the hotel. The reception is very helpful.

Location good room is not valuable for cost.
