Rooms were very clean and all basic amenities were available. Meals were on request and were prepared fresh. I loved the hospitality and warmness of the staff. Raju jee, vijay jee. A great thank you to them for looking after us. . The property was maintained by the caretakers. Raju jee and vijay jee. They were very warm and had been there for us from warm check-in to checkout. Meals were prepared fresh and as per our requirements. I would definitely like to visit back to the same property. Very quite and was a very affordable. Sorry no pictures taken, however it looks as it's shown on listing

Staff behaviour is most helpful and coordination, smiley face every time, wear mask follow covid safety instructions.

Hotel staff service was very good behaviour also good but hotel ki location galat mention ki hue hai app per bataya gaya hai station road per iski location hai bareilly mod le pass mtlb city se 5 km ki doori per baaki food quality badiya hai service sb ok hai

Property google location is incorrect given by mmt. It is much away from shahjahanpur railway station while location shown to me is near to railway station

Wash room was not at all clean rather dirty. Bed room was not cleaned properly. Food was so so. But i must appreciate the location and behaviour of the staffs. No more i have got to say

All is avrage but location is vary bad hotel location show and real location 2-4 km destence but hotal staff is good. Tell me and i go esely reach hotal

Ye ac room to thoda sahi hai but air cold room sahi nah i hai auro tv nah i chail raha tha wash room me pani nah i aa raha tha auro room me shim-an tha. Blackest saf nah i tha.

Worst location, unhygienic atmosphere, the hotel is adjoining murghat (funeral ghat, drunken people's paradise. I had paid full amount in advance but did not stay there at all and left without entry in the rooms, not safe for families at all. Make my trip must remove this property from the list of hotels.
