We had stayed here for 3 days for business purpose. The staff was very helpful and courteous. All our issues/requests were taken care of by the staff. Recommended if you are in karol bagh. Neat rooms, and excellent service.

The hotel was very nice and located in main place. All the staffs are very polite and neat. Food is little costly but taste not that much good. Nearby have more restaurants. I stayed with my family. Overall very good experience. I heard more reviews about karol bagh stays and scared to go with family. But really rahul palace changed my mind. That’s to mr. Singh in reception. Kind person. Thanks to make my trip

The reception at hotel was good. However, we had difficulty locating the hotel. We were allocated room no. G1. The only issue we did not like was the non-availability of hot water (the out side temperature was 15 degrees. We had to make a request 10 min in advance for hot water, since the geyser switch was located somewhere else!
