Cottage is quite luxurious with all the amenities, food is excellent, location is very good, staff behaviour is very polite and punctual, Resort Manager is good person, he also arrange the taxi and other water activities at port blair and havlock island. Overall we have experience excellent hospitality.

The room was good and clean as always but this time I am disappointed little bit because their was no balcony at back. At previous room I booked on june there was a balcony on the last room. And yes please add your wifi connection passwords in room because the television with set top box is not working and I've searched for the wifi to the one employee but I think the password has been denied and shows wrong password. Overall my stay was really good and peaceful, this are the some basic things which can be improved.

I stayed at the hotel for one night and had a great experience. The food was fresh, tasty, and had a good variety. Staff were polite, helpful, and very welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying stay!

very green and open property
The property is located in the outskirts of the city with greenery and openess the rooms are decent sized clean and for the prize it's value for money. Amenities were great

okayish place.
AC was not working, toilets were extremely dirty and rooms were stinky.

As per the charges which is more than 3000 the room has no such facility and also insects are roaming here and there in a room and cupboard, ac was not working properly and also TV not working

Service is very poor, No one received the phone at 10:30pm, Very basic breakfast just like a guest house (Sandwich or Toste , banana, one boiled egg) All fan regulators were broken and can't regulate the fan speed. No TV channel was there. The room is specious,

Poor Arrangement
It was poor experience staying in Rainforest. My room’s AC was not working at all. They took me to another 4-5 rooms but there A.C was also not working. Then after a hassle of 2hours they are able to provide a room for me and my wife. After a tiring journey we are expecting proper rest as we having a flight early morning next day but due to this we were unable to rest properly. This was poor experience and would expect refund or compensation.
