Thanks for making my stay so special

It was good stay, we enjoyed bonfire at night.

We had good experience over there. Staff were good.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and cozy. Room service is also prompt.

Hotel to mall road distance 1 hours.

Wifi service doesn't work properly. When I asked about the wifi password, receptionist said, there is very less wifi network strength here.

Stay was comfortable. Food was excellent. Location was bit far from main mall road, but good thing is that complimentary pick-up and drop was available any time. Hence no issue with location till complimentary service is available. Moreover nice location avoiding congested mall road. Parking is also available. Staff was very cooperative. Anuj, the manager was very nice. Also I had developed nice interactions with owner Amitji who is very nice person. Renovation was in progress, so I am sure in couple of weeks when works gets completed hotel will give great competition in Naitaital other hotels. I will recommend this hotel to people visiting Nainital. Once again big thanks to Amit Ji the owner and the manager Anuj for their hospitality.
