Place has no iron, Seems to old house not renovated Rats are there on floor, No items available in kitchen!

I recently stayed at Raj Kamal Villa in Jaipur (entire 1st floor) through MMT. The accommodation felt cozy and spacious, giving a homely vibe. The air conditioning worked well and the caretaker was polite and helpful. However, cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement. The bathrooms, rooms, bed sheets, and comforters required better cleaning. Pillows were not very clean, and some utensils ad cups even had cracks. The bathroom door lock in the common area was broken, tap was damaged, and the toilet needed more attention in terms of hygiene. If proper maintenance and cleanliness are taken care of, this place has great potential to be an excellent stay. It’s a nice setup, but definitely needs better upkeep. I have already done that, why don’t you look into it?

The property also had a nice common area where we could relax and enjoy our time together. Overall, a great place to stay—highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

It was okayish. Furniture was pretty old. Things weren't working as expected. Rest location is great and care taker is good

It was really really a great stay. Means the apartment was truly like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this to everyone. It is a very comfy 3 bhk flat at such an affordable price with so much cleanliness. Lovely staying here.

This place has some flaws but if you see the price, i think the flaws won’t matter. I will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

Internet we told the owner but nothing happened. Overall we had good experience staying at this place. Location was nice, close to airport although we came by train.
