Review Of Raj Palace Hotel

My welcome in lucknow was terrible. The guy at the reception at night duty was so stupid that he was arguing with me because of my train delay. My train reached lucknow station 4 hours late. It was 3:30 am when i reached lucknow, and his words were 'ye koi time hai aane ka' later things got worse, and he said 'aapke jaise kuchh ghatia log aa jaate ha-in humare pas, agar online booking nahi hot a toh mai aapko room hi nahi deta. So i would like to thank makemytrip and lucknow for this warm warm welcome. And i am not travel-ling with mm t anymore due to this stupid management. I am not staying for free. I am paying for all this. Stupid idiots.

Baht hi ghatiya staff wifi facilty ka password nhi diya ac sahi se work nhi kr rah a tha pani ka jug baht hi gandda auto gatiya tha dormant ek hi tha room me tv bhi kam chalau tha tv ka remote hi nhi tha room ka size baht chota tha 3rd floor pr room diya bol rah e the ki online walo ko yahi room diya jata hai owerall very bad experience

My stay was very good. Room was very clean and toilet also. It's was very amazing stay.

Beds and rooms were full of bugs like big red cockroaches and the front desk person was rude. Even though the parking was free but he was asking for extra money for parking

Everything is okay except the geyser was not working in room no 205.

The stay was comfortable, hospitality was nice. It was near to metro station so we reached airport with ease and comfort and hotel staff extended support upto durgapur metro.

Service was very good and food, served by raj rasoi, was similar to home made.

Near to railway station and lucknow durgapur and charbagh metro station plus good and kind staff and quick service.

Location is prime yet tarrif is affordable even for an ac room. Few areas of improvement could be room size and lifts

I booked a semi deluxe room. Room size 10 x 10 attached washroom. Room cleaning and hygiene is not up to mark. They need to work on that.

Location is good. Staff is cooperative.

Food is too good and room is average

Pathetic stay, worst stay, even tea is not available by 7 am.
