Very safe place with clean rooms with highly clean washroom, good quality beds, ac and premium furnitures. Food is also good but a bit costly. You actually get 5 star facilities in this hotel at a very reasonable price. Enjoyed my stay.

Very well mannered hotel front office staff and room service staff, but they have ill mannered house keeping boy with no etiquettes at all while entering rooms. Should have ladies house keeping staff who are much polite than boys. But overall a high quality safe hotel.

Felt like I am at my home. Will again come here. Elegant room and service. Neat and spacious.
Checked in late, thanks for the 24 hour check-in facility! Lobby, surroundings are neat and clean, staff are very friendly. Finally about the room, good value for money, safe secure for couples and families.

Very good hotel with excellent public transport connections. Good even though a bit pricy breakfast. Overall good value for money. Would visit again. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We liked the breakfast very much

Excellent service;ambience & Location; but no internet available. More over food and beverages are very costly for 1 ltr of drinking water they took 40 Rs. Except this all are seems good. For any assistance they will give prompt reply.

Good family restaurant in the hotel

Location good. Bookd classy rooms. Rooms were nice spacious for small family and couples.
But need some more attention for toilet especially partition bw wet area and dry area not proper. Restaurant ambience good and tasty dishes too. Anyways I give 4* overall.

Superb. Actually we were searching for a good stay in and around kanhangad. The bed was superb with comfort. Service was superb. AC cooling wasgreat. I would suggest recommend this hotel to my colleagues. Also MMT deal was also mind blowing

Staff and location was beyond excellence

We had stayed at Raj Residency for 3 nights and 4 days. Our main aim was to have a peaceful stay and visit Nithyananda ashram and other spiritual spaces in Kanhangad. We were very happy with the service and the way our needs were acknowledged whether it was to place a different order for breakfast or to book an auto to visit places. At the last day there was auto strike and we had a train to catch from railway station. The receptionist( sadly, we missed asking the name), was prompt enough to arrange a vehicle for us and took care we reach on time. Thank you for the same. The only aspect we felt was that the breakfast can be improved and can be made more interesting, other than that it was a great stay altogether.

Stayed with family for 1 night on the way to Goa. Hotel is located in the highway NH66. Room was very clean with towel, toiletries, a/c, hair dryer, locker, mini bar. Had dinner and complimentary breakfast which is very tastier. Nice hotel and ample car parking facility is available. Staff were courteous and helpful. Recommended for family.

Elegant landscape, beautiful fontaine at front, serene locale. Rooms are clean, working ac, ample space, excellent room service. I would recommend to my friends.
