At a reasonable price it's good as per my view. 5 min walking distance to the Coco Arena 1, go straight to down.

Worst guest house I have seen in my life. There is no lock to the windows...any one can access the balcony and can open the window to see who are inside or can stole anything directly

The rooms are in very bad condition. Especially the bathroom and beds. The toilet and shower do not work. Beds are in horrible condition. It seems the bedsheets and blankets are never washed. A clear smell of dust and small bad bugs. I could not sleep throughout the night as bed bugs were biting my back continuously. Extremely horrible experience. The only positive us location as it is near to beach. The rooms are in very bad condition. Especially the bathroom and beds. The toilet and shower do not work. Beds are in horrible condition. Water bottles not available, night light not available, staff are not support, for ac 500 extra collected, joint beds, totally fully disappointed.

Ok and pleasant. Staffs are good doing they best for the guest service and helpful too. Location wise very good, walkable distance from guest house to rk beck and rk beach road. One can view the sunrise view and relax on the beach side at the evening time. Axis and hdfc bank atm are very near by. One can offer morning prayers too to a near by panduranga swamy temple. Near by shop are apollo medical store, spencer. Loved the restaurant food of 99beach, batiste coffee house. Near by bbq nation is also closed by from the hotel. You can enjoy the rk beach road full length by walking only so much thinks to see out there. Budget friendly resort to stay long and even they provide city tour and other guide plans too they provide. You can even book city tour or araku valley tour from ap tourism too website. Ola and uber are easily available from the resort too.

The place is kept clean with proper covid19 related messages, sanitize r at the reception desk and hygienic.

Very near to RK Beach. Need to get food from zomato. Staffs are very friendly.
