The rooms were clean. Check in was smooth. The staff was really attentive especially Mr Abhishek. The food was prepared fresh and tasted nice. Overall a nice experience.

Overall experience is good but food at rajaji downtown can be better. Like morning tea and coffee should be better and sandwiches can be improved. Their tawa chapatis are like maida. Service is good for sure.

Rated average as lots needs to be done within the resort to give a good experience. For example there are no tea kettle inside the room. Since i had to leave early in the morning for the jungle safari wanted a cup of tea. I was provided one after asking, for the period of stay. The resort is close to the park and for people who would go for the early morning safari, there is no scope for carrying a breakfast packet. Only on one day, i was provided a parantha packet. The rooms were average. The washroom wasn't something to write about. But the people in the resort were very nice and supportive. They tried to ensure all support in absence of the basic amenities.

It was a good stay. First of all the location, it is located at a distance of 18-19 kms from haridwar and rishikesh both. Reaching to the hotel after sunset could be difficult for first timers. We were a group of 5 couples. The cleanliness of room was average. Snooker pool doesn't have a stick or a broken one. Food was good. Hr26 guys could be a problem if you are travel-ling on weekends.

Property’s location, food, hygiene and safety everything is too much poor food is unbaked and small y and the hygiene was 0% no power backup and ac was not working properly i had a very bad experience

Lacked basic amenities, no wifi, non functional tv, non functional intercom, average oily food, no headboard on bed and the bed would vibrate because of the air condition over head. Congested washroom. Management was understanding, cancel-led half of the booking without extra charges. Location was great, far from hustle, quiet place.
