Its a very friendly space. Owners are very helpful and helped us navigate throughout the stay. Stay is very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. Overall its a nice experience

The stay was good and pleasant. The pro is the location is very close to sea shore and eateries. They arranged auto and even shikara boats. There was no geyser that's the only disadvantage

If you are looking for night stay then it's ok as it do not have beach view. Secondly no hot water for bathing as of now. If you have kids then the stairs and balcony do not have railing grills as it's under construction. Food and host are good and helpful.

I booked 6 rooms for 18 members, for each room 3 members. It costed rs per room. It is bit costly compared to room size. But the room was ok. No hot water ( may not required as the temperature is warm. The charged for cooking homely food. But that coasted too much ( for dinner. In that only rice, chicken curry, chapati and veg. Over all not a bad experience

Room is very congested and owner is very selfish we wants only money for every things. She is not providing hot water. Take extra charges for it.
