Very courteous staff. Place is good. Not too close not too far from the center of the city. Hot water available in the morning. Very nice and accommodating people. Will come back and stay again. Only thing could be better is breakfast available earlier than 9 am. Otherwise 5 stars

The hotel was very comfortable neat and they approach the customers with much respect responsible and hospitality. They also prepare food for our wish with tasty. I had enjoyed our meal like home style cooking.

Management upgraded my room to suit and allowed for both early check-in and late check-out also they done arrangements for can service, food was expensive but taste was excellent and hygiene, they have kitchen and they do all dishes out of our request. Totally satisfied and they were impressive.
Everything was fine and excellent.

Hmm. The rooms are good. The food services was nice. But no proper travel systems. Delayed. So our plans flopped somewhat. They were not punctual. But good. Should maintain punctuality.

Rooms are clean, hotel is easily accessible. Kitchen needs improvement. No exhaust so the cooking smell comes to the rooms and the staff take longer than promised time for the food.

In room telephone services was not provided. No water in room. Food was not good. Costs are too heavy. Hot water was not provided in room in that extreme cold climate. We felt very very sad that paying around 2500 per night is not worth. Very bad stay

Were neat but a bitter experience

Rooms were neat and close to kodai lake but we were not able to slp bz of few people playing loud music in the reception area until 11 30 pm. At-least incharge of that hotel should hove basic common sense to shut down that music. It was really annoying for us even after requesting to turn off the music thy were spiking so loudly and laughing at reception area until 12 night which was really annoying. Management should note this.

Location is good. Toilets and bathrooms were not clean. They didn’t had enough stock of toilet soap. No option for food. Overpriced for the facilities
