Sir,its guest house,with minimum staff managing guest hse,within the premise attender is there,we have attender telephone no at frontdesk, required to call the attender, this procedure followed most of guest hse. Our tariff is economically budget friendly, further the property is at heart of city,most of guest prefer it,because tariff low,economically managed,benefits have passed on to guest.

I have waited in the gate for 45min and there is no staff at the hotel. and the rooms are very small it's bull shit. I am not satisfied to stay in this hotel in future.

The road in front of hotel was overcrowded. Somehow, i parked car ( told wife to call me in case of traffic problem). No one was at the counter. On calling, i was told someone is coming in 5 minutes. I waited for 15 minutes. In the meanwhile, i received call from wife that another car is stuck up because of us. So i had to leave. I did not stay and hence would request you to refund the money although booking was non refundable. Regards

SIR, YOUR BOOKING WAS DURING STATE ADHIVATION IN THE CITY. ENTIRE CITY WAS CROWDED .FURTHER WE DO NOT HAVE CAR PARKING JUST FRONT OF THE PROPERTY,IF YOU SEE ON OUR PORTAL MENTION. THERE IS PLACE TO PARK JUST 100 M AWAY . DURING ADHIVATION ALL ROOMS WAS FULL, BECAUSE COMMISSIONER OF CITY BOOKED ALL THE HOTELS IN THE CITY , OUR PROPERTY IS GUEST HOUSE WE MANAGE TO SERVE WITH AVAILABLE STAFF. MAY BE SOME DELAY AT COUNTER, WE SORRY FOR THAT.

businessToo small shops converted into a mini sleeping area with 2 beds, without any ventilation. Not for standard people. Felt like labour or staff room. Kindly send somone to verify the property. Not worth makemytrip recommendation.

Sir,very high expectations. True its not suitable for those who have high expectations. Further this is not a hotel nor any star hotel.please be noted this is a Guest house registration. Most guest expectations are budget friendly,located at the city centre, all the places nearby. We at Guest house, serve clean and tidy rooms and house keeping. Which is the expectations of most of guest. We fulfil those expectations.

The place is unknown to most of the auto guys at the railway station, as this was my first time in the city, find it difficult to make the auto guys understand, the place is just behind "city civil court" this can help auto guys to understand. Coming to the stay, not worth the money. Especially if couple booking this place does not have privacy. The room is literally like a small shop with aluminium doors. I don't label it as worst place to stay. I only say not worth the money. The property owner has to reduce the price. People who is going for quick one day work, just need place to get fresh and move on can book this place.

The place was way smaller than expected. The bathroom didn’t have hot water and was kinda dirty. The bed wasn’t really clean as such, but manageable for maybe a night stay. The staff is really helpful.

Sir, we have mentioned on this portal that we don't have four wheel parking but we accommodate parking in the district court premise, which is just 50 m next to our property. We have solar water suppy which we open for guest at 6 am and close at 10 am its normal practice. During your stay, we seen you checked out at early morning before 6 am. It was not intimated front desk about early check out to arrange or open valve to get solar water. Further solar water to get hot, have to leave some water than only get hot water. Sorry for in-conveniance sir
