The rooms were maintained and clean. The staff was very polite and their service was fast. The food is amazing here. I can recommend their thin crust pizza and pasta. The location is also good and very near to places like the birla temple and the bhopal lake.

Stayed for a day. location of the hotel is as such that we could reach the function and come back for change in 5 minutes. Parking at the entrance makes it very covienient. Food in the restaurant is amazingly fresh n tasty. Room service is prompt.

Location of the property is approachable. It's safe n secure even for a single female traveller. Staff is very co- operative. But as there are other hotels by the same name with slight changes it makes confusion which is the exact property is.

The hotel staff maintained social distancing along with cleaning of premises and rooms on a regular basis. Overall felt comfortable with the hotel staff and their services. Location-wise the hotel was at the centre of a bustling city and had all important places at commutable distance

Only issue with breakfast is that you have to exit the hotel and walk to a nearby building. No issue if you have time, but if are a hurry you are bound to skip it.
