Hotel location is very good exact in-front of railway station AC room is preferable with sufficient space if you are with couple or family, Hotel staff behavior is very cooperative Good for small meetup function. Food & meal facility is quit good, need to be bit improvement in lunch.

Fine quality of food but poor room service. Washrooms are not up to the mark. Geyser is not available in this hotel. It is not worthful as per their charges

Small bad, dirty bathrooms, not work shower, tv signal problem, bed sheets, and pillow is very dirty 😡 my money is wasted.

Since, it was the time of BPSC exam. Hence I wouldn't be too harsh on the staff, that's why the 2 stars, otherwise I would have given just 1 star. Absolutely not worth the money. Dirty room, no water, dirty bathroom, they don't even give the key to the room, you have to ask them to open your room every time you go out, food overpriced. Nothing noteworthy.
Not value for money. There was no room service.

Room experience was not good. Washroom was not clean, telephone was dead no perks. Worst experience ever, all member are there for cheating the client. Better go to per night hotel. Not worthy for paying money. Location is good.
