the property owner did not pick up the phone and then switch off the phone so I unable to stay there

Cancelled the stay when we reach at Ayodhya.

Hotel is good location. Nice palace. Very good foood

Done’ with makemy trip, never ever book on make mytrip

I had booked a hotel in ayodhya through makemytrip, but what i got was a complete nightmare. The property turned out to be a dharamshala, not a hotel as advertised. It was extremely unhygienic and, to make matters worse, they provided us with only one room for five people and expected us to manage in that cramped space. This was absolutely unacceptable, and we couldn’t even check in to this so-called hotel due to its pathetic condition. We had to urgently find another place to stay, causing us significant inconvenience and additional expenses. I have been contacting makemytrip for the last two days for a resolution, but there has been no progress. I demand a full refund immediately, as this was a total misrepresentation and a horrific experience. Such service is completely unacceptable, and i urge makemytrip to take responsibility for this failure.

1. No generator backup 2. Difficult to findout address and spend more time to locate the property. 3. No luggage keeping shelves 4. No tv 5. Food available outside. 6. Very very poor hospitality.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay with my Family Members. Ram Ayodhya is very close to temple premises. Walkable distance near about 300 metres to Ram Ji Temple. And also very close to Kanakbhawan, Dasharadha Mahal and Hanuman Garhi Temple. Ram was very friendly and he also helped us by giving his suggestions and also helped to reach us the temple which is very nearer and walkable distance. And it was very peaceful stay without and disturbance. Ram was very polite and good mannered. I recommemd families to have a pleasant stay at Ram Ayodhya and enjoy the bessings of lord Ramji.

It is temple premises and rooms are clean but no basic amenities. You need to carry personal care by your own including towel.

When i reached with my family then instead of the original location i. E. Rama krishna ayodhya, they forced me to stay at a different location. In the evening i had no choice but to stay there in fear. Behaviour was so cruel that i cannot describe it in a word, very unprofessional, dawangiri. I always remain polite for our safety. I had no expectation that a company like mmt would provide me with such accommodation.

First they took us to the stay that we booked and then said that it's dirty we are changing it and then they gave us a room that wasn't at all as per expectations. The washroom was very small. It's not worth the money they are charging
