One of the best hotels i have visited in regards to their behaviour, courteousness, professionalism. Me and my wife are so so very happy with our stay that from now on whenever we will visit darjeeling again then ramada will be our only choice according to the location and service.

We spent 2 nights on darjeeling. Lovely stay, excellent location ( you can't ask more), food quality was good enough that you even skipped outside so called famous restaurants, services were worth mentioning and lastly the view, life time memories of ours

Hospitality was great, the staff were very polite and the breakfast was excellent, hotel room had many impressive features, and we were very impressed by the elevator card system which ensured safety, great hotel all over, highly recommend!

Excellent experience, check in process was very smooth, all the hotel staff are well behaved, room service was prompt. Breakfast menu was at per with their fame. Food was good. Washroom was hygienic. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay at ramada darjeeling. Thank you.

It was a fantastic stay. Their front office is excellent must mention ms puja, she is fabulous always ready to help you. Room service was also very good, all staff are very cordial and they specially look after about solo tripper as i travel-led solo they always taking extra care for me. Nice stay indeed, from balcony you can see the view of kanchanjungha very nicely.

I recently stayed at the ramada in darjeeling and it was a fantastic experience. Location: the hotel is beautifully located on a hillside, offering stunning views of the mountains and tea gardens. It’s also conveniently close to popular spots like the darjeeling himalayan railway and local monasteries, which made exploring the area easy. Food: the dining options were a highlight. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including local dishes and international favorites. I loved the fresh fruits and the variety of indian options. For dinner, the restaurant was cozy and the food was delicious, with a focus on local flavors that i really appreciated. Amenities: the amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and i enjoyed some time in the spa, which was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The gardens around the hotel were lovely, perfect for a peaceful stroll. Services: the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they went out of their way to assist with any questions i had. The concierge provided excellent recommendations for local activities, which made my stay even better. Overall experience: overall, i had an amazing time at ramada darjeeling. The beautiful views, delicious food, and attentive service really made it special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting darjeeling!

Best in class property located at a very convenient location (2 minutes walk from the mall. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The washrooms are fitted with all modern fittings. Breakfast was just awesome with a lot of variety. Housekeeping staff were found to be very fast and efficient. Front office people were receptive towards the needs of the guests. I had a great stay here and look forward to stay here again.
