The hotel is a true retreat and a comfortable stay. The staff and hospitality is at par with any 5 star property. The rooms and dining are also good. Must recommended for stay in dehradun.

Our stay was pretty great. Their service was excellent and prompt. We booked two rooms by mistake and they gave us a suite in return and accommodated our request. As we had to leave for early morning trek they were kind enough to give us good packed breakfast. Overall we totally recommend this place to stay.

Location, food, and service are excellent. In bathroom, there is no curtain, therefore the whole bathroom gets wet. The management couldn't provide it, those it costs only 2-3 hundreds only.

The location was accessible and checkin was smooth. Food was excellent, however order way before time, it will takes about an hour to come, same with the bar menu. Rest of the stay was wonderful. Worth the money.

We had a comfortable and wonderful stay in ramada. The staff at the reception, housekeeping and the restauant were well groomed, good in behaviour, approachable with good customer care and services. The room was good but the bathroom looked small. With shortage of water, the bathtubs must be removed. The bathtub is a big obstacle especially for senior citizens to climb in and get out. This must be removed on priority. Once removed, two glass cabins can be designed, one for making space for shower and the other for relocating the wc. By relocating, the wash basin with platform will be user friendly and thd bathroom will look big and spacious. Till then a nonskid bath mat must be provided to stand on the bathtub for bathing. The cupboard is small. Six hangers must be provided instead of three when rooms are made ready for couple/twin occupancy.

We had pleasant and comfy hotel experience. My wife, our 2-yr-old daughter and i stayed at the hotel. The staff members were friendly and professional.
