It is nice property with good window valley view, overall i liked it, breakfast was good and staff was friendly although there is casino also but we did not explore, hope it worth try for next visit. Conformable stay throughout 2 days trip.

Courteous, attentive and helpful staff, clean rooms with all amenities, breakfast buffet was very good - wide choices and tasty food. Location is very good - easy reach to mg marg and other attractions. In-room dining options were limited, management should look into improving this. Overall a satisfying stay.

Ramada gangtok is centrally located in gangtok just like the darjeeling one. Stone's throw away from the old gangtok ropeway and do drul chorten stupa. In fact, we could see the ropeway going to and fro from our room. Its located right on nh10 that leads to gangtok from siliguri. The back of the hotel faces the valley and offers a beautiful view of it which owing to rains was covered in fog for most of our visit. The hotel has a casino, spa, gym and a rooftop swimming pool and bar. The service staff were exceptional. They upgraded our room to an executive one when we got there and also upgraded our umbrella to a larger hotel one whenever we were stepping out for a walk during a pour. I even loved the welcome cookies in our room and though the hotel did not exactly have a bakery, they let us purchase some freshly baked ones to take home. The service staff proactively took special care of my elderly mom when i stepped out to visit nath la one saturday. Owing to the rains, altitude and lower temperature at nath la she had to stay back. They kept a watchful eye on her as she explored the hotel, advised her not to step out in the rain, even managed her lunch and safely her back to the room when the room service was done with it. Special thanks to service team of mr. Tushar taming and md. Majibar rahman for this. There is a taj hotel and a mayfair hotel in gangtok as well but considering their similar if not higher price range, ramada's location makes it more attractive and value for money compared to the others. If you want to visit mg road or lal bazaar or go around gangtok in general, u can simply step out of the ramada and take short walks uphill and downhill to do it.

Amazing view from my room and best location of hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food. I suggest when you come in gangtok once you stay in hotel ramada gangtok sikkim.

Amazing property, the rooms were clean and the staff was cooperative. The food was also great and the place offered the best of gangtok view. Nestled in the centre of gangtok, the place is close by to mg marg, one can walk and reach mg marg and taxis are also available.

The location of the property is great as it is very near to mg road. Food is delicious and morning breakfast has variety of food items. Hotel staffs are courteous and responds quickly. The manager mr. Mukesh mishra is very friendly.

We stayed there for 3 days, the executive room was good with valley view, the in room dining had an elaborate menu option with quality and service as per expectation. Their breakfast menu has ample scope for improvement, as i witnessed same menu everyday, usually a 3star/5star alters breakfast menu every other day or so, the coffee specially needs lot of improvement(cappuccino and latte both. i was impressed with the housekeeping services offered here. Overall, i would visit again and recommend everyone.

The property was good. Although while booking it said it's a short walk to mg road, but it was quite far and uphill. Another problem was our room was facing the road and whole night it was noisy with sounds of traffic. Other than that, it's a very good place to stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet was great. There was a lot of varieties. The casino was good and entertaining. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Would definitely recommend to stay here
