My room’s electricity went at 1 am. They said some switch tripped. My phone charger got fused. At around 1:30 am some electrician was working in my room. No female staff accompanied him. I felt really uncomfortable and had an early morning flight. It’s a shame that such issues happen in such posh hotels and they’re dealt with so badly.

Good Stay
Hotel is in good location, good housekeeping staff, good breakfast, and clean. Improvement scope lies on training the reception staff about hospitality. While most of them are welcoming, one or two do not seem to be very responsive. Secondly, nonveg, particularly bengali food should be served in the downstairs restaurant

Hotel is situated on main road so easily approachable. Ambience is good clean noiseless. Restaurant at ground floor is vegetarian. At 6th floor bar and restaurant serves non veg also. Fish preparation was very good. Staff is gentle courteous and helpful.

Best On
Stayed at Ramada again and it never disappoints! Rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with spotless bathrooms. The highlight is definitely the breakfast buffet — so many options and absolutely delicious. This was my 6th–7th stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone.

Good Stay
Our room was 208, a corner one, and overall it was a pleasant stay. However, we did notice 2–3 stains on the pillow, which could be improved for future stays. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Poor Stay
1) The guards were pretty rude while parking the car, they expected me to hand over my car keys because the parking space for cars staying overnight was occupied by their company which only their designated driver can drive & he would be available only post his dinner. I was offered the option to either wait while that guy finished his dinner or hand over my keys in a very rude manner. 2) Initially face to face they confirmed that rooms are available for the night but since the charge by the hotel was more than the room listing on make my trip, I booked my room online & then they told me that only a room with connecting doors is available for the night (I was a single female traveller) , I refused to take that room & after some soul searching by the receptionist suddenly another room was available. 3) The ac of the room wasn't working, I complained around 11 pm, the technician visited around 11:15 pm but I got a call from the reception at 12:30 am to ask if the AC was working. You wake up guests in the middle of the night? 4)Only after checking in do they tell you that it is a vegeterian restaurant & only eggs are available that too only for breakfast. First ever Ramada that I've stayed at with such a weird rule. 5) While checking out I told the receptionist that I had consumed a single can of coke from the fridge & paid the bill duly. While I was waiting for my car, He suddenly comes up to me & tells me that I need to pay for sparkling water as well which apparently I had not mentioned to them, I told them I had not consumed any sparkling water & to check the fridge again and surprise everything was accounted for like a miracle. The receptionist did not even have the decency to apologise for the mistake. Never again Ramada Siliguri, never again.
