Good Stay

Right on the highway, convenient for those travelling by road. Food is good although little costly. Stayed for a night only hence can't comment on amenities. Service needs some improvement, room intercom was not working, linen needs improvement. Overall nice stay. One thing would like to point, at check-out, they have system of issuing gate pass... that is very rude kinda... they should have develop some other system of informing their security.... asking guest yo wait for gate pass is unprofessional and never heard of in hotel industry.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not offered any welcome drink or even water. The receptionist’s behavior didn’t seem good and was not friendly. Overall, the experience with the service and everything else felt poor.

The stay was really good. Also we got 10% on F&B so that was a plus point. We booked a cottage with a private pool and it was the same as shown in the picture on MMT. I would say a little bit regarding food as it wasn't that good. Otherwise the stay was really awesome.
