It was a pathetic experience. Rooms were not cleaned properly. It was not a cordial atmosphere. The staffs were not cooperative

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay at Ramee Hotel. The room that was provided to us was not the Deluxe room that we had originally booked . Instead, we were given a very congested room, which was entirely different from what was shown at the time of booking. Upon raising the issue with the hotel staff, we requested them to allocate the same category of room that we had reserved. However, they kept us waiting for nearly 45 minutes, until around 11:45 p.m., without providing any proper solution. Eventually, the staff informed us that in order to get the booked room, we would have to pay an additional charge of ₹1000, which was unreasonable and unfair. Moreover, the room that was allotted to us was poorly maintained. The electric supply did not function properly due to issues with the key card system. There was no floor mat placed in front of the bathroom, and even basic amenities such as a bucket and mug were missing in the bathroom and not even bathroom tissue not provided.Intercom Phone is not working, hence not reachable to hotel staff for assistance. Overall, the service and facilities were far below the expected standards, and the experience was highly unsatisfactory.

1.Room is good 2.Bedsheets & pillows are hygiene 3.restroom hot water facility also available 24/7 But the rest room lock is not available and some TV channels are not coming & Tea cost is very high 50rps Otherwise it's good

Horrible hotel with zero maintenance. NO HOT water facilities. Rooms filled with cigarette smoke no room freshners were helpful. Horrible and rude staff. Gave us room at 12:30 am when we had checked with an 1.5 yr at 10 pm

Good Excellent and good rooms were very clean

Big spacious rooms, good location on main road, good tasty food at restaurant, all at a very reasonable price. Near to metro station.

It was not a comfortable stay. They charge higher prices for breakfast but they didn’t do the right thing, they asked to take room service for breakfast with very less options.

Only positive was Sagar at the reception

Room not well maintained. Door was jammed. Ac no control, intercom not working, paid for breakfast but got delivery of just two dosa through some agent no buffet, restaurant is different management, didn't give drinking water till I insisted, dirty towels, No parking, park outside gate. Walkin customers get lower rate than booking.

The rooms were super clean. Staff was really polite. Didn't try the food to review... Would definitely recommend.

Ac problem

In room ac was not working and they said there is technical problem with centralised ac. They did not bother to give us other room also. Midnight 12.45 o checked out the room they did not give us good service

Service was pathetic....No good service ..... when i got the key of the room the key was not working i have to wait for more than 15 minutes. In room TV was not working Oman’s one light was blinking didn’t get any resolution on the same. Next say same my key card was not working. It was totally frustrated experience.
