We had a very disappointing experience during our stay at Ramee Hotel. The room that was provided to us was not the Deluxe room that we had originally booked . Instead, we were given a very congested room, which was entirely different from what was shown at the time of booking.
Upon raising the issue with the hotel staff, we requested them to allocate the same category of room that we had reserved. However, they kept us waiting for nearly 45 minutes, until around 11:45 p.m., without providing any proper solution. Eventually, the staff informed us that in order to get the booked room, we would have to pay an additional charge of ₹1000, which was unreasonable and unfair.
Moreover, the room that was allotted to us was poorly maintained. The electric supply did not function properly due to issues with the key card system. There was no floor mat placed in front of the bathroom, and even basic amenities such as a bucket and mug were missing in the bathroom and not even bathroom tissue not provided.Intercom Phone is not working, hence not reachable to hotel staff for assistance.
Overall, the service and facilities were far below the expected standards, and the experience was highly unsatisfactory.
