already shared mail to Make My Trip . not proper like stay, very poor room service, no cleaning, dirty bathroom, no TV, no hot water.

Room is smelling and other breakfast and dinner is very bad test. Room experience is very wet of food and other facilities, very bad taste of food

There was very little cleanliness in the hotel room. There was damp papadiya on the walls. The bathroom was dirty and smelling. And big and fat flies had created a lot of panic which was not fixed even after asking.

When i reached at hotel they provide me ordinary room without ac and tv. When reached at room on 2nd floor it was in very bad condition. Then i asked that i have booked deluxe ac room then they provide me another room key at 1st floor and asked to open yourself and shift. In that room there were no proper cleanliness. Bedsheet were torn. I strongly suggest please don't recommend this hotel to anyone. This is not hotel, but it is worst than dharmshala.

Location of hotel near to railway station. Leaving room good but cupboard, washroom not clean that much. Facing issue of hot water for bath. For breakfast in menu having limited option only. Trying to call manager for kids jacket forget there but his mobile always getting busy. Thank you.

The hotel don't have enough staffs. Rooms, bathrooms are very dirty. Even the room hold things are very much dirty. The beds contain only dust and dirt. They don't even clean the bed covers also. Food is not available in the restaurant even there is no availability of staff also in the restaurant. I suggest you don't waste your money & time here.

There was internet problem. Even wifi range was good but internet connectivity was very bad to access on mobile.

Worst experience every thing in this hotel are dirty

Very bad. Very worst, no hot water, no ventilation, washroom is very terrible.

Location is close to agra cantt station, during my stay wifi was not working, no mobile range in the room which i was staying, also the service staff will bring one bucket of hot water in the morning for bathing as they don't have geyser or water heater. Overall it was poor as compared to the charges they take.

I had called the hotel before arriving, to tell that i have a booking and i will arrive late at night. When i reached the hotel, i was told no rooms were available. When i told them i have a pre-booked room, they kept me waiting from 2. 30 am till 4 am, and then accommodated me in some random room of another hotel. I left that hotel within 3 hours !

This hotel has a lack of maintenance. I didn't get the room that was shown in the pix. No tv and bed is also not cleaned properly. So, it's actually below average hotel. No thy. Thanks

Property location does not like in the mmt profile

Stay was good. Well-behaved staff the only problem was mosquitoes.

Staff is friendly and accepted our request for hot water fr our child. That was very appreciable
