We are really regretting for booking this hotel. There is no amenities as mentioned. Restaurant is not there n food should be bought from out. Hot water facility is not available. Should wait for solar water. Toiletries are not given except towel n small soap. Kids had to suffer without hot water in this chill weather. Staff are behaving rudely for any query

groupThe receptionist was a bit arrogant. We reached around midnight and rang the desk bell as the staff were sleeping. He became very agitated because of it. The second day morning the tv didn't work and was not repaired despite many appeals. Hot water is not available after around 9 am. Beds are very hard and very uncomfortable. Room ambiance is good and clean. Location of the hotel is very much appreciable.

Hot water in bathroom comes only from 5 am till 9 am. They dont provide dental kit rooms, pillows, bucket each and every place even taps have a sticky layer if you touch them. There are cockroaches

Near to bus stand, access to main places, lift facility. Restaurant near by were the good things. Room cleanliness and bed bugs were the problem in our stay.
