The location shown was inaccurate , worst property can never be stayed with family neither with friends very bad behaviour of the owner

Worst hotel I have ever seen,make my trip staff also supporting hotels owners ,room is worst bed are broken water is not coming in taps , i have not seen this type of hotel in my life one of the world's worst hotel ... They are asking for more money after booking and they are distrubing in night too...

The stay was very bad, and the room was extremely dirty. The room service was also very poor; the service staff was drunk and did not communicate properly.

Behaviour of the staff was really unprofessional. Cleaning was irregular. The owner was fair but not his employee(s).

I went to stay with my partner as we had a 6 hour gap between our bus and taxi from Darjeeling. We opted for a low priced hotel as it was only a matter of keeping our luggage, using the bathroom and sleeping before heading out for lunch. Upon reaching the location, we struggled a bit to reach as the entrance is from a side alley without any signs. However the man at the reception was very helpful and kind, he upgraded us to a bigger room. The room itself did not smell fresh, and the toilet commode lacked a toilet seat. The bathroom was unfortunately quite dirty and not clean. The bed was mostly clean, but had strands of hair on it that did not belong to me or my partner. Checking in and checking out were very easy.

evening thing is good . owner also very helpful.my first time visited this hotel but very good facility.

The hotel is not at all good. The photo does not match with hotel room and the time we entered the bathroom there is too many little little insect in the bathroom komod. And there is spirit on the wall beside the bed.

location is good but everything else like cleanliness, bed, room furnishing, toilet etc is terribly bad. not worth even at Rs 500 per day.

When i came to njp i booked a rapido and arrived there. The rapido dropped me just on the hotel as it was on a the main road. The hong kong market was just 100m from the hotel. The bathroom was small. But ya allover it is a good hotel.

When i check in that hotel there was no any person at that time, i open my room ownly, they haven't provided a single water bottle. The room was soo ugly & bathroom too. Very disappointed.

Just waste of money booked the hotel and didn't stayed also after see the hotel had to book another hotel very dirty
