Very Horrible Stay
the blanket was given for ordering very badly all the scrap material of the hotel was in the same room, bathroom has a big hole where anyone can enter in the bathroom where security was the big concern, room was very narrow, very unhygienic, ambience of the room was just like a booth Bangla. Agoda has given me another option of the hotel to stay in the same city four kilometre away from the same place. now this is best room.

Terrible Stay
One of the worst experiences ever in my life, Don't know how this hotel got so much high ratings in goibibo, MMT & google maps also, I want to give minus five ratings but unfortunately it can't possible, from stuff behaviour to rooms interiors everything was terrible. I went there with my family(3 adults & 1 child) for a one day stay, firstly they gave us a room with two beds ( 1 double & 1 single bed) which was an okay room but inside the room interior, all walls are patching plaster done, very pathetic looks like. After some times they came asking for extra Rs 500/- for one extra single bed, but when I denied to pay 500/- they argued with me (Kind of threatening behaviour) although i offered 300/-, they don't accept & shipped us to a single room with only 1 bed for 4 person. That room's interior was worse than the previous one, AC, TV was not working, and the room was very small. After all of these, I told them at night that I want to check out early at 6 am bcoz I had to take a train around that time, but in the morning there was no one at the counter, I had to call several times bcoz main Gate of the hotel was locked and closed from inside. Very Very Pathetic experience of my entire life, can't recommend anyone to stay here.

Good Stay
I travel solo, but I got triple bed room, no single room available at that time, room was big and bathroom little bit small but clean. A bad smell came out from AC which made me uncomfortable, it took 3-4 hours to clear the bad smell from room. The staff member was very cooperative.

Terrible Stay
The room was pathetic, highly unhygienic, foul smell, the worst part is bathroom. It looks like i was staying in rainbasera. Price was very high. Good part is person at reception. He is very generous and gentlemen.
