This was quite amazing experices with my wife a 3 yr kid in ravine. Property is huge and well maintained. For location i would give 4/5 a lit bit away from city. But great valley view u get along sunset. For food i would give 4/5 veg foods where good breakfast has good spread. But little off when it came to non vef gravy foods. Non veg starters where good. For rooms i would give 5/5 well maintained and clean rooms with huge balcony i would give play area and common area 5/5 very operable and access-able areas and well maintained. Negetives was wifi. Wifi was not usable. Overall i would give 5/5

My stay was very comfortable. Room was very cozy and supplied with all the required amenities. W food was very good. It's the best property in panchgani for family, solo and business travellers.

I stayed in ravine after almost 17 years and was impressed with the way in which the property was maintained and updated. The room and toilet was apt for the price and standard of the hotel and good value for money. I stayed for two nights in a valley view room with a balcony which greatly enriched my overall stay. The complimentary breakfast buffet had good variety and the dishes were well made and of good taste. The tandoori chai is a highlight. The breakfast timing mentioned on the board is 8:00 am, but it takes 8:30 am for all the dishes to be available in the breakfast buffet. The service gets going by 8:40 am or so. The room service is efficient and prompt. The menu offers good variety and the dishes were good. The portions are on the smaller side. The hotel is located close to the toll collection check post while entering panchgani and has sufficient parking space. The panchgani market is at a few minutes driving distance. The location might not be convenient for people interested in spending time and walking around in mahabaleshwar because it could take at least half an hour to reach mahabaleshwar.

We had book a valley view room and the views from the room were excellent. You could see the mountain ranges, valley and rivers from our room. The rooms were decent, the staff were friendly. The quality of food needs improvement

5. Location of hotel is very good, people can enjoy a breath taking view of panchgani mountains from the hotel room. Rooms at very clean. Lot of activities to do inside the hotel premises. Most importantly child friendly hotel. We ordered dal khichadi for our child and they provided a perfect less spicy khidadi. My wise and child enjoyed a lot of.

we went as a family. amazing stay. great food. the staff is very cordial. the location is at a great place. if you take a valley view room, you can view parsi point from your room. if you a big group please call the property and ask about their tent accommodations. that's good for a big crowd

Stay at ravine was excellent, it was my 5th visit. It is awesome this time as well. 1. Property was excellent with superb garden and cleanliness. Huge space to spend with family with variety of garden types. 2. Food was exceptional excellent, super quality food. 100% marks to chefs. Restaurant manager is very very gentle and entire staff is very good and take care very well. Don't forget to enjoy breakfast at resto balcony, one of the best. 3. We stayed in valley facing room, heavenly experience. Very clean and maintained. 4. Room service is superb as well. Always there to take care very pleasing smile. 5. Reception greets well and make your stay relaxing.

Without doubt one of the favorite resorts i stayed during my time in ravine hotel(panchgani) ! upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible. Foods were amazing, lots of varities/options in buffet, how much ever you eat you wont feel heavy & this is very important, very hygiene, very tasty. Loved it all respect for the manager ( mr. Karthik and his team) and would like to mention mr. Deepak, his excellence hospitality & always smile on his face, who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! would definitely recommend to my colleagues and friends.

What went well 1. Our 2nd stay at ravine in the last 2 years, and as before we had a great time 2. Room: valley view 3. Food: good, reasonably priced, and very good quantity, especially if you are ordering any starters. 4. Room: nice, clean, and prompt room service 5. Got a complimentary cake as it was my birthday had one not so pleasant experience. 1. We hired a cab through the hotel for the first day, they charged as per their broucher. The cab guy asked for 3000 instead stating that it's a long weekend and the prices are higher. We understand that the prices are higher than normal if you are traveling during long weekends, When we spoke to the person as the reception, he completely ignored by saying please talk to cab driver directly and i can't help you with this. Btw: we finally got a different cab for 5 hours at a much lower price.

I have to come to panchgani atleast 8 times a year to and from kolkata as my daughter studies in a convent here. I have tried quite a few hotels here, but ravine takes the cake. The location, the beauty, the rooms, toilets, cleanliness, staff all are very good. Easily a 3. 5 star property. But the cherry on the cake is the superb breakfast. Easily the most recommended and good value for your money.
