very bad hotel There is no response ,very bad room no proper response,and the room was smiling bacl team looked into this hotel and never showed me

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent hotel booking made through your platform. I had booked a stay at Raviteja Hotel for my family on 6th June 2025. Unfortunately, our experience was far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, we found that the hotel room was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt and poor hygiene conditions. Room was bad smell, somehow our family manage and spend night there. The overall housekeeping was unsatisfactory and did not reflect what was shown . Additionally, the service provided by the hotel staff was unprofessional and unhelpful, which caused discomfort and inconvenience to my family. (In room there was no item available. After our request they have provided water bottle, Tovale and soap only) This experience was highly disappointing, especially as we trusted MakeMyTrip to ensure quality accommodations for our trip. I request you to look into this matter urgently and take appropriate action. I would appreciate a refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please also ensure such listings are thoroughly verified to maintain customer trust.

Most horrible stay. Apparently never cleaned washroom especially wash basin. i am shocked to see this kind of unhygenic property listed and Make my trip. i wonder if these dirty property was ever inspected by these popular agencies. i will think 1000 times before I book any accomodation through these agencies. It was simply disgusting.

I visited second time to this hotel. Stay is nice and good. And main person helped us in boling the milk for my 3 yr old kid even at midnight 12:30 a.m. from their own home. As facility of boling milk is not available in hotel. So, while requesting tjey helped us to feed milk to our small kid with boiles milk which helped us to run smoothly our journey for furthermore diatance.

Pro: locality, value for money, clean linens, AC working well cons: older hotels, need maintenance!

Service is very good, hotel condition is like old.other facilities are good.food provided from outside restaurants

Hotel stay is at a comfortable and spacious, still neatness shall be maintained overall okay accommodation

Worst expriance ever. Dirty hotel with dirty bed sheets, blanket and pillow cover. No water, soap and no towels provided. Ac water leak in room. This is not even worth of rs 500

Ac room but no geyser, breakfast included but they showed me out side tiffin center to eat free of cost, overall experience is very bad, not worthy.

The service is not at all good. Not even proper water is provided. The rooms are also not good and charging more money.

it is a old hotel, bathroom is not good, we cannot lock room from inside. any one can open the door with key from outside.

Room not clean, cloth is dirty, searvis is poor, staff not good wash room is very very bad bad arom in room

I have never seen like these hotel past 10 years ago even maintaining too bad worst service hotel ambience shows like worst i never prefer this and others too
