The rooms were okay, but the bathroom is not so good, and the surroundings of the hotel were not at all properly maintained. Even the management was very rude. Not recommended

the check in time was 12pm but around 9am even after mentioning we will take an extra hour to check out the stay turned off the current without any intimation around 12:30. And called and with a very bad attitude they said the current should have be gone it was very rude to turn off the current when we were in the room. atleast they could have called and informed before turning the current off and even while checking in they said they couldn't find the booking even thought i called them 30 mins before the check and informed im on my way we had to give the exact timings we booked the place so they didn't have to search... The reception service was the worst had a bad experience checking in and out

Room was very clean and good. bath room also very good. But water bottle, Kettle and dental kit as per inclusion not provided. I requested water bottle so many times. after check out only they informed RO water is avilable. staff behaviour is rude other wise good hotel

*Initial Room Issues*: The booked room had no fan, it was infested with mosquitoes. After discussing the issue with the manager, we were offered a room change. - *Additional Charges*: The manager requested an extra tariff for the new room, which we politely declined. - *Lack of Amenities*: Upon moving to the new room, we found that essential amenities like soaps and towels were not provided. - *Overall Experience*: Our stay was marred by poor amenities and inadequate services, resulting in a disappointing experience.

Facilities are good in thw hotel. Bathroom can be cleaned properly or any refreshner can be kept inside it so that some irritant smell could be avoided
