The hotel was really nice, the staff was also good in behaviour and attending to the guests. The location of the hotel is very good and the food quality was also worth appreciating. The electric kettle in the room was made of plastic and I asked the housekeeping to change it with a steel kettle but they denied it. Making tea or coffee with plastic material is not good for health so they should avoid it.

Good Stay
The hotel is a nice, comfortable place and is located near the important tourist attractions of the city. Almost all tourist places are easily approachable. The room was good, service was excellent, food was great. However... I found that the hotel did not update my name and address on my check in form and final bill, despite reminding them twice. I was informed that it would be updated overnight but it wasn’t. I have a copy of the bill that they provided me and it lists both my name and address incorrectly. This bothers me because it is a mismatch from the ID proof that they take mandatorily.

Wrongly booked hote
It is just average hotel. Rooms are not up to the mark. It looks shabby. Do not book this hotel Outdoor is good but room and service is not satisfied.

No kids playzone. No swimming pool. Suggestion if you are coming with family then try some other hotel, lot of hotel are there in same budget which also provide other facility like pool n kids zone. Room services are very slow. Taking lot of time even to deliver water bottles in room.

All Professional, Staff is Rude. They even didn't check the documents and Gave statement that Kid Stay is Chargeable in Room. Additionally Extra charge for Extra Bed. Though I had already paid for both. Very Offended
