Stolen Items - Vinyl Recor
stayed in room 209 for 1 night only. I mistakenly left a record (the Doors) on the desk in the room before I checked out the next day. I called the hotel and spoke with someone who reassured me that they will call me back within an hour to confirm if they have found it or not ( don't know how they could deny it being in the room). Clearly, he forgot and I was busy with a work event and didnt follow up with them until the evening on the same day. As my work day finished and before I could call them - someone from the hotel called to solicit feedback about my experience. Clearly, he had no idea about the missing record, and once again assured me he would call back after investing where it is. Sure enough, he called me shortly after to inform me they couldn't find it. 7-8 hours time given for someone to steal it and hide traces. Shameful. Terrible experience. Avoid and be careful of your belongings if you have to stay here.

Disappointing Stay at Hotel Red fox by lemon tree. I recently stayed here and was thoroughly unimpressed with the room and washroom. The room was tiny, with barely enough space to move around. The bed was comfortable, but the lack of storage and cramped quarters made it feel like a hostel rather than a hotel. The washroom was even worse. It was small and poorly ventilated, with a shower that felt like it was designed for a child. The sink was tiny, and there was no counter space to speak of. The interior design was also lacking, with outdated fixtures and a general air of neglect. For the price, I expected a lot more. The hotel's made it look like the rooms were spacious and modern, but that's clearly not the case. Unless you're looking for a budget option and don't mind sacrificing comfort and space, I'd avoid this hotel at all costs. *Rating:* 2/5 stars *Suggestions for improvement: Increase room sizes to accommodate larger beds and more storage - Renovate washrooms to include more space and modern fixtures - Update interior design to reflect a more luxurious and welcoming atmosphere Pls ask

Disappointed with Housekeeping and Front Desk Services
I’ve been staying here every month for the last 6 months through corporate bookings, and the experience with housekeeping and front desk has been consistently poor. They rarely answer calls, don’t respond to urgent requests, and never share an ETA for anything. During my last visit on 4th July 2025, I had to clean up used cutlery myself at 12:45 AM after waiting 45 minutes with no response. On a separate occasion, they even denied water bottles during travel — which is basic courtesy. The only saving grace is the restaurant manager on the morning shift — always polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, the rest of the service really needs serious attention from the management.

Overall Experience is okay, The only thing which i felt was not good is the choice of food, Specially i had added Lunch/Dinner during Booking and while booking it wasn’t mentioned that the added food can be avail by buffet system only which I don’t like personally i thought if I’m paying for food i can avail In dine (in room) food service. That was the only issue which made my visit experience horrible.
