The stay was perfect. Room, bed, the bathroom were all very clean. Basic toiletries were provided as well. The housekeeping were almost immediately available to help with any concerns. The room service was top notch too. Would definitely recommend.

despite several requests over repeat visits, food is a serious problem here. you tell them don't make spicy, they will make sure it is extra spicy. one of the visits, chicken was smelling like rotten of the worst quality with many school groups also dining. we complained but nothing changed. food is below average. also it is ridiculous that every time we checkout, they ask for exact change to settle the bills. as a hotel, they are supposed to keep change for the guests and not vice versa. it has happened on all our visits. thus we have now decided to strike regenta off our list from next visit to Mysore!!

The stay was very pleasant and infact from check in to check out the process was indeed very swift. The in room amenities was as per which was promised and the cleanliness of the room was well maintained. The housekeeping services was also very prompt and swift. The food quality was also very good. The breakfast buffet also had a very good spread. The restaurant staff was very cordial. The Fusball playing table was very much enjoyed by my kid. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Comfortable and cozy stay with good amenities. The restaurant was good and the rates were reasonable. I would recommend this for families. Note : Only one improvement area would be the front desk staff. Be more welcoming and talk pleasantly to the customers. Thank you🙂

This hotel is located right on main road. The rooms are spacious and washrooms are well equipped. The parking is around hotel building inside the hotel premise. However, on busy days it’s difficult to find parking. The food in the restaurant is average. Even in the breakfast buffet, the spread is decent but taste wise they are okayish. The masala dosa and egg preparations are good. Chef Anjan and his team is super helpful. They made the breakfast experience extra delightful.

Hotel is located in a location closer to all important places and very clean and tidy

the room clearance service was the worst. we have been charged for Opening the nuts which is quite acceptable, but while check out when we were making payments for the same and asked to give the rest contents, but they didn't give. Really pathetic sort of people behav
