The stay was very comfortable even the food was very nice and i was there earlier than my check in timing and upgraded my room also. The day of checkout i told them i will checkout at 5 am they packed my breakfast. So overall it was excellent

The hotel is well-maintained, good staff, should increase the swimming pool time as it's just till 7 pm, whereas other hotels give time till 10 pm, due to this i was unable to go to the swimming pool. Overall experience was good

It was awesome. Food too was tasty. And staff service was also quick. Co-operative staff. Rooms were neat and clean. Ac was working good special for outsiders who visit nagpur for the first time. Overall experience was good

The stay was good. The hotel is good. Nagpur does not have many luxurious hotels. Resident is not exactly a luxury hotel but you can call it say my luxury there is a bar and if they can put up play room where they can put pool or snooker something like that that would be red rooms are a bit smaller could be better. Overall it is good if you get the deal under 3k
