In this particular stay, AC was not working. It started working only in morning 7 am. Lots of technician visit, but AC wal not working. They checked for another room, problem is same. I have stayed many times in this hotel. Always happy to stay. But last 2 times AC Was not working. They must check the rooms before alloting to visitors.

We were on our business trip. The staff at arrival gate and at lobby are very friendly and caring. The check in was smooth. Our luggage was kept in our room instantly. The staff and service is a plus for the hotel, but the hotel is very old and needs renovation. There is a smell of dampness in the rooms. The marbles in the washroom needs to be polished &needs instant attention. Overall you have better options in this price range.

Stay was good. Due to my faulty booked the hotel for wrong dates. The hotel was accommodating and upgraded by room without any extra cost.

The stay in hotel was fine. Rooms were neat and clean to perfection. The staff was nicely courteous. Food was not of the quality we expect in punjabi heartland . Some stale and night leftovers were also being served
